In general, our maintenance plans costs about $1.25 per sq. ft., though costs will vary depending on the size of your home, number of HVAC systems, and other features of the property. 

Your initial intake and home inspection, as well as your fully inventoried home, warranty information, and recall monitoring, as well as all regularly scheduled maintenance for your home for the year. You also receive access to our emergency response, concierge services, and repair requests. All work completed by Bespoke Home Concierge is also warrantied for the duration of your membership.
